You can pick up the phone 24/7 and contact our support line and we will do our best to try and get you back up and running as soon as possible. Please note this service is to be used only in severe cases of outages.		For any questions that do not directly affect the running of your website (ie. content updates etc) please use our email support line by sending an email to support@corkwebdesign.net. We usually respond to emails within 4 hours.		We also provide an on-site technical support service. Please note that there are extra charges for this service.  We are experts at fixing most computer problems from viruses to full system restores.		Should the situation arise that you cannot solve the issue using our Knowledge Base or Support Instructions, we also have the ability to take remote control of your computer with your permission to assist and instruct you how to solve the problem.
