Click On the Home Button on your iphone,

Click Settings

Click on Mail, Contacts Calanders

Under Accounts, Click Add Account

On the Screen with all the logos, Click Other
-
Click on “Add Mail Account”
Enter your full name by clicking on name (this is the name that appears when you email someone)
Enter your full email address in the “Address” field
Enter your password in the password field (this is case sensitive so make sure you input it carefully)

Click Save and the iphone will verify settings

On the next screen you will have two big buttons one called IMAP and the other POP, Click on POP

Enter the incoming Server (incoming server)

Enter your incoming username (full email address)

Enter your incoming password (password)

Enter your outgoing server as (incoming server) and use the same username and password as your incoming server

Click Save.

You will receive two security warnings, click continue to get passed these as we need to add further outgoing settings to make this feature active.

You will end up back in the Mail, Contacts, Calendars window but you will notice your new account is listed, click on this account.

Scroll down to SMTP (outgoing server) and click on it

Click on your primary server (outgoing server)

Down the bottom you will see “Server Port” change this from 585 to 25

To save click on the home button your iphone this is the only button on the device under the screen

Click on Mail and click on inbox
-
You will see a circular arrow at the base of the screen this is your send and receive button which you use on normal email programs. This will activate when you go into your inbox or click on it if you want to check again for a new message.
