Yes!  our latest version of Content Management System (CMS10+) allows you the flexibility to place images anywhere in a page.  The system looks and feels like Microsoft Office and has many of the same image properties.  You upload a file to the server and our system gives you the URL to the file and you can place it on your page.   This same method applies to attaching links to files/pdfs etc.
